With several million bloggers actively pursuing their hobby, and in many cases, very seriously and with economic interests as well, there has been a rise in the cases of harassment, also called cyber-bullying, of some prominent as well as occasional bloggers. Concern over this has led to a campaign for adopting rules and guidelines for the audience of these blogs.
